Terms & Refund Policy

1. What VowsValues is

VowsValues is a subscription software service that helps gym owners track members, renewals, dues and attendance, and send WhatsApp reminders. By creating an account and subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription & billing

• The plan is ₹999/month (billed monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly as you choose at checkout). Prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Your subscription gives your gym access to the software for the paid period. There is no long-term lock-in — you can stop renewing at any time.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card or UPI credentials.

3. 7-day money-back guarantee

• Request a refund within 7 days of your first payment by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 95998 40723 or emailing our support.
• We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• After the 7-day window, a subscription already paid for the current period is non-refundable, but you can simply choose not to renew — you keep access until the period ends.

4. Your data

Your gym's data (members, payments, attendance) belongs to you. You can export it any time from inside the app, and request deletion. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use VowsValues only for your own gym's members, to send messages only to people who expect to hear from your gym, and to comply with applicable laws (including WhatsApp/telecom rules). Misuse may lead to suspension.

6. Availability & liability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. VowsValues is provided "as is"; our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.
