Who this covers

This applies to gym owners who use VowsValues, and to the gym members whose details owners store in the app.

What we collect

• From the owner: gym name, city, your name, email and password (stored encrypted), and your subscription/payment records.
• Members you add: name, phone number, plan, dues, attendance and any notes you enter. You add this data to run your gym; you are responsible for having the right to store it.
• Technical: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

• To provide the CRM — tracking renewals, dues and attendance, and helping you send reminders.
• To process your subscription payment (via our partner Razorpay).
• To keep the service secure and to support you when you ask for help.

We do not sell your data or your members' data to anyone.

Messaging

Reminders are sent from the owner's own WhatsApp, or via approved channels, only to that gym's members. Members can ask their gym to stop messaging them.

Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers in India. Passwords and sensitive fields are encrypted. We apply reasonable technical safeguards to protect against unauthorised access.

Your rights

• Owners can export their data any time from inside the app.
• Owners can request deletion of their account and data.
• A member can ask the gym owner (the data controller) to correct or delete their details.
